About Me

Originally born in Seattle, I understand the draw of the NW. There are so many reasons why the NW is a place where people choose to put down roots. Some of my favorites are skiing in the winter and swimming in lakes during the summer. I do suggest trips during the winter for vitamin D, even if that trip is just to eastern Washington.

I began my real estate career in 2003. I was finishing my BA from the University of Washington and needed a part time job. I took a job with a boutique real estate firm at the north end of Green Lake as an office administrator and became hooked on real estate. Excited to work in the industry I doubled up on classes and graduated early. I took real estate classes over winter break and passed my real estate exam in April 2004 and the rest is history. Over the years I have continued to learn and evolve in this constantly changing industry.

I have over 19 years of experience and have worked in several different real estate markets. I am honest and will provide you with the information and guidance to make a well-informed decision when it comes time to buy or sell your home. I will walk you through the process and make sure you have a successful and stress free experience. I have received recognition from Seattle magazine as one of Seattle’s Five Star Agents. I have been a member of the National Association of Realtors for over 15 years and am certified as a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).

My promise to you is that I love what I do and there is no better feeling than helping a client navigate the real estate process and have a great experience. I am a firm believer that a well informed decision is a good one and I work hard at being your advocate during the process. Michael Strazzara deserves more stars than are available to give. He worked well beyond what could be expected in selling my condo. He helped with suggestions in getting it ready, and with coordinating contractors to put polish on the place. He did not hesitate in adding elbow grease to the process. He was personable, knowledgable and always available. This was the first time I had ever put a home on the market. I had recently inherited it at my mother’s passing, which in itself was still a big weight on me. I had to be out of state for the sale and having Michael there to communicate and show me the way was indispensable. His many years of experience reading the market and being up on current trends, allowed Michael to give it to me straight. Michael was an enormous help to my wife and I throughout our search for our first home.
